摘 要:将不同分子量的壳聚糖与不同浓度的迷迭香混合,制备多孔干凝胶,扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱表征,测量孔率、吸水率、降解率、释放率、凝血指数,滤纸片法分析其抑菌效果,MTT检测细胞毒性。发现高分子量的壳聚糖/迷迭香多孔干凝胶孔率在61.75%到83.19%之间,低分子量的孔率稍低;二者吸水率都很高;高分子量72h的降解率为31.85%到84.35%,低分子量的降解率稍低;凝血效果最佳的是浓度为0.5g/mL,高分子量的凝血效果好一些;两者均有抑菌效果且差异不显著;MTT表明其对细胞无毒性。综合确定高分子量壳聚糖/0.5g/mL迷迭香多孔干凝胶可作为良好的抗菌止血材料。The different molecular weights of chitosan was mixed with different concentrations of rosemary to prepare porous xerogel.Characterization of them by scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,measuring porosity rate,water absorption rate,degradation rate,release rate,coagulation index,and analysis their antibacterial effected by filter paper method,and the cytotoxicity was detected by MTT.It was found that the high molecular weight chitosan/rosemary porous xerogel has a porosity of 61.75%to 83.19%;and the low molecular weight has a slightly lower porosity;both water absorption rates are high;the high molecular weight 72h degradation rate is 31.85%to 84.35%.Low molecular weight degradation rate is slightly lower;the best coagulation effect is 0.5g/mL.High molecular weight coagulation effect is better;both have antibacterial effect and the difference is not significant.MTT indicates that they are not toxic to cells.Comprehensive determination of high molecular weight chitosan/0.5g/mL rosemary porous xerogel can be used as a good antibacterial hemostatic material.
