摘 要:采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了石墨烯与MoS2纳米颗粒添加剂对合成油PAO40的抗磨减摩性能的影响.试验后通过磨斑显微镜观察磨斑形状并用Origin软件处理了摩擦系数和磨斑的表征直径.试验结果显示:只有在特定工况条件下,特定浓度的石墨烯和MoS2纳米颗粒添加剂才具有抗磨减摩效果.整体上讲,MoS2纳米颗粒添加剂的抗磨减摩效果要优于石墨烯.This study explores the friction-reducing and antiwear effects of graphene and MoS2 nanoparticle as additives on PAO40 lubricant through a four-ball friction and wear tester.The shape of the wear scar was observed with a wear spot microscope and the friction coefficient and the characterization diameter of the wear scar were analyzed through the Origin software.The experimental results show that only under certain specific conditions,can graphene at certain degree of concentration and MoS2 nanoparticle additives have the friction-reducing and antiwear behavior.As a whole,the MoS2 nanoparticle additive has better friction-reducing and antiwear behavior than the graphene does.
