高频超声在慢性痛风性关节炎诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究高频超声在慢性痛风性关节炎诊断中的应用。方法回顾性分析收治的112例疑似慢性痛风性关节炎患者的130个病变关节的超声图像表现与临床确诊结果。结果112例患者中90例患者的107个关节临床诊断为痛风,22例患者的23个关节诊断为其他关节炎疾病。高频超声诊断痛风的的特异性表现为痛风石和双轨征,其诊断痛风的特异性分别为90.8%和92.3%。结论超声在慢性痛风性关节炎诊断中有一定的应用价值,早期的诊断与治疗能够减少关节畸形和致残率的发生。Objective To investigate the application of high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of chronic gouty arthritis.Methods The ultrasonic image manifestations and the clinical diagnosis results about 112 patients(130 lesion joints)with suspected chronic gouty arthritis were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 112 patients,90 patients(107 joints)were clinically diagnosed as gout,and 22 patients(23 joints)were diagnosed as the other arthritis diseases.The specific manifestations of high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of gout were gout stone and double-track sign,and the specificity of high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of gout stone and double-track sign of gout was 90.8%and 92.3%,respectively.Conclusion The ultrasound has certain application value in diagnosis of chronic gouty arthritis,and the early diagnosis and treatment can reduce the incidence of joint deformity and disability.
