摘　　要：目的探讨术区间隔缝合对腋臭术后并发症的预防。方法收集2014年4月至2017年12月手术治疗的腋臭患者228例,常规小切口方法彻底清除大汗腺。将95例采用常规术后弹力绷带加压包扎患者设为对照组,经术区间隔缝合后弹力绷带加压包扎的133例患者设为治疗组,比较2组术后血肿、皮肤坏死、切口愈合率。结果治疗组术后皮下血肿、皮肤坏死、切口延迟愈合率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1年,按照Skin和Park腋臭程度分级,治疗组2例Ⅰ级,对照组1例Ⅰ级。对照组2例治疗组3例虽呈0级、但患者自觉复发,予以棉签檫拭双侧腋窝后患者自嗅后无异味,经心理疏导患者满意。结论经常规小切口治疗腋臭术后,术区间隔缝合能有效降低术后并发症和复发率,手术方便、无需特殊耗材,有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the the preventive effects of surgical interval septum suture on postoperative complications of osmidrosis surgery.Methods A total of 128 patients with osmidrosis who were treated by conventional small incision method to clear sweat glands in our hospital from April 2014 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study.These patients were divided into control group(n=95)and observation group(n=133).The patients in control group were treated by conventional post-operative compression bandage pressure dressing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by surgical interval septum suture combined with post-operative compression bandage pressure dressing.The postoperative hematoma,skin necrosis,incision healing rate were observed and compared between the two grousp.Results The postoperative subcutaneous hematoma,skin necrosis and delayed incision healing rate in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).After 1-year follow up,According to Skin and Park grading of osmidrosis severity,there were 2 cases of grade I and 3 cases of grade 0 in observation group,and there was 1 case of grade I and 2 cases of grade 0 in control group.Conlusion After conventional small incision in treatment of osmidrosis,surgical interval septum suture can effectively relieve the postoperative hematoma and skin necrosis rate,which can effectively decrease the incidence rtaes of postoperative complications and relpase of patients,moreover,the operation is convenient without special supplies,therefor,it is worthy of clinical popularization.
