Consensus Statement Regarding Acupoint Application in Treatment of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children

摘　　要：《穴位敷贴干预小儿反复呼吸道感染专家共识》为2015年国家中医药管理局立项,由中华中医药学会组织,在中医临床诊疗指南制修订专家总指导组和儿科专家指导组的指导、监督下实施,采用循证医学方法,按专家共识制订规范,通过文献检索、评价及分析、专家问卷调查、专家论证会、方法学评价和临床一致性评价,最终形成本专家共识意见。本共识提出了小儿反复呼吸道感染的术语和定义、诊断依据及适用期、体质辨识、干预方法、禁忌症和调护等,供中医临床诊疗及中医治未病使用。This consensus was approved by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2015 and organized by the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It was implemented under the direction and supervision of the expert group of TCM clinical practice guideline revision,as well as the pediatric expert guidance group,using evidence-based methodology,and specifications were formulated according to expert consensus.Through literature retrieval,evaluation and analysis,expert questionnaire survey,expert demonstration meeting,methodological evaluation and clinical consistency evaluation,the consensus of experts was established.In this consensus,the terms and definitions of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children,diagnostic basis and application period,TCM constitution identification,intervention methods,contraindications and nursing were put forward for clinical diagnosis and treatment and treating potential disease of TCM.
