摘 要:目的建立生/制何首乌无机元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析方法,并采用模式识别对两者进行鉴别。方法采用ICP-MS测定22批不同产地生/制何首乌无机元素,并用Simca13.0软件对数据进行主成分分析和正交偏最小二乘-判别分析。结果22批不同产地生/制何首乌共检出镁(Mg)、钾(K)、铁(Fe)、钒(V)、钴(Co)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、锶(Sr)、铷(Rb)、钡(Ba)、砷(As)、铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)14种无机元素,其中常量元素以K、Fe、Mg含量较为丰富,微量元素以Mn、Ni、Sr、Rb、Ba含量较为丰富。主成分分析不能将生/制何首乌完全分开,正交偏最小二乘-判别分析能将生/制何首乌基本分开;Cu、Cr、Ni、Mg为生/制何首乌最主要的差异性无机元素,其中Cu(VIP=2.2)对生/制何首乌的差异贡献最大。结论本研究成功采用ICP-MS从无机元素角度区分了生/制何首乌,可为中药材质量控制提供参考。Objective To study the differences of inorganic elements between crude and processed Polygonui Multiflori Radix by ICP-MS;To use pattern recognition to identify the two.Methods The inorganic elements in 22 batches of crude and processed Polygonui Multiflori Radix were determinated by ICP-MS,which were analyzed by PCA and OPLS-DA of Simca13.0 software.Results There were 14 common inorganic elements in the 22 batches of crude and processed Polygonui Multiflori Radix,which were Mg,K,Fe,V,Co,Mn,Ni,Sr,Rb,Ba,As,Pb,Cr and Cu.The contents of K,Fe,and Mg were abundant in the macro element,and Mn,Ni,Sr,Rb,Ba were abundant in the micro element.These samples could not be completely divided into two categories by PCA,but they could be divided into two categories by OPLS-DA.Cu,Cr,Ni,and Mg were identified as the main different inorganic element,in which Cu(VIP=2.2)was the most different inorganic element.Conclusion The study can successfully identify the crude and processed Polygonui Multiflori Radix by ICP-MS,and can provide reference for quality control of TCM.
