摘　　要：目的:探讨Roy适应模式改善食管癌术后患者睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年1月安徽医科大学第一附属医院胸外科收治的食管癌根治术后存在睡眠障碍的患者120例作为研究对象,按照盲选法将患者平均分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。対照组患者实施常规护理模式,观察组患者在常规护理基础上采用Roy适应模式,对2组患者睡眠质量进行评分。结果:2组比较观察组患者PSQI评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对食管癌根治术后存在睡眠障碍的患者,采用Roy适应模式效果显著,患者的睡眠质量得以提升,具有很好的临床推广价值。Objective:To investigate the effects of Roy adaptation model on sleep disorders in patients with postoperative esophageal cancer.Methods:To 120 cases of esophageal cancer radical surgery,patients with sleep disorders in clinic period for during February 2017 to January 2019,patients,on average,according to the blind choice method divided into two groups,60 patients with routine nursing mode into polices according to the group,the other 60 cases on the basis of conventional nursing the Roy adaptation model into the observation group,patients with sleep quality score of two groups of patients.Results:By comparison,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with sleep disorder after radical resection of esophageal cancer,Roy adaptation model has significant effect and can improve the sleep quality of patients,which has positive clinical promotion value.
