加味血府逐瘀汤治疗失眠的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析加味血府逐瘀汤治疗失眠的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月厦门市中医院脑病科收治的114例失眠患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组57例。所有患者均符合“气滞血瘀”辨证分型标准,对照组行常规西医药物治疗,观察组行加味血府逐瘀汤治疗,比较2组治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠指数,并评估治疗有效率。结果:治疗前观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠指数得分为(14.2±2.3)分,对照组为(14.1±2.4)分,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05,t=0.141)分。治疗后观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠指数得分为(6.1±0.8)分,对照组为(10.4±1.3)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,t=7.483)。组内治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为96.49%(55/57),对照组为78.95%(45/57),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ2=18.052)。结论:加味血府逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型失眠效果理想,总有效率较高,患者睡眠质量得到改善。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Jiawei Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on insomnia.Methods:A total of 114 insomniacs admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.The Pittsburgh Sleep Index before and after treatment was compared between the two groups,and the treatment efficiency was evaluated.Results:Before treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Index score of the patients in the observation group was(14.2±2.3)and that of the control group was(14.1±2.4).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05,t=0.141).After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Index score of the observation group was(6.1±0.8)and that of the control group was(10.4±1.3).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05,t=7.483).There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate was 96.49%(55/57)in the observation group and 78.95%(45/57)in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05,χ2=18.052).Conclusion:Jiawei Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is effective in treating insomnia of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.The total effective rate is high and the sleep quality of patients is improved.
