睡眠护理干预改善原发性闭角型青光眼手术患者睡眠质量的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析原发性闭角型青光眼手术患者护理应用睡眠护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年5月福建省立医院收治的原发性闭角型青光眼手术患者56例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行睡眠护理干预,比较2组患者临床护理效果。结果:观察组临床护理满意度、睡眠质量评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将睡眠护理干预应用于原发性闭角型青光眼手术患者中可改善睡眠质量,提升护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma surgery.Methods:A total of 56 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma who were treated in Fujian Provincial Hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.28 patients in each group,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group underwent sleep nursing intervention.The clinical nursing differences between the two groups of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma surgery were compared.Results:The clinical nursing satisfaction and sleep quality scores of the patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma in the observation group were compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the statistical data formed a judgmental significance.Conclusion:Applying sleep nursing intervention to patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma surgery can improve sleep quality and improve nursing satisfaction.
