自动持续正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨自动持续正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的疗效。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年4月期间重庆市合川区人民医院诊治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者60例作为研究对象,以随机分配的方式分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。即对照组患者使用常规手术治疗,观察组使用自动持续正压通气治疗,比较各组患者治疗疗效。结果:对照组总有效率为86.67%,观察组为96.67%,各数据间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者心脏功能、血管内皮功能较优于对照组,各数据间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者心率为(68±5)次/min、PVR为(1.1±0.1);对照组患者心率为(88±10)次/min、PVR为(1.7±0.6)。结论:针对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者,自动持续正压通气治疗模式能够在增强患者治疗总有效率的同时,改善机体心脏功能和血管内皮功能,应加大推广力度。Objective:To investigate the effect of automatic continuous positive pressure ventilation on obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods:A Total of 60 patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases).That is to say,the patients in the control group were treated with routine surgery and the patients in the experimental group were treated with automatic continuous positive pressure ventilation.The therapeutic effects of each group were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 86.67%in the control group and 96.67%in the experimental group.The data were significant(P<0.05).The cardiac function and vascular endothelial function of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the data were significant(P<0.05).For example,in the experimental group,the heart rate was(68±5)beats/min,and the PVR was(1.1±0.1);in the control group,the heart rate was(88±10)beats/min,and the PVR was(1.7±0.6).Conclusion:For patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,automatic continuous positive pressure ventilation can enhance the total effective rate of treatment,improve the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function,and should be promoted.
