摘  要:目的:探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模型(IMB模型)健康教育在反复口腔溃疡(ROU)患者中的应用效果。方法:将96例ROU患者随机分为对照组和观察组各48例,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组实施IMB模型健康教育;比较两组临床疗效、康复情况、治疗依从性、口腔健康生活质量[采用中文版口腔健康影响程度(OHIP-14)量表]及护理满意度。结果:观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组进食恢复时间、溃疡愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);两组护理后疼痛评分低于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组饮食、口腔卫生、用药依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后OHIP-14量表除心理障碍维度外,其余6个维度评分及总分均低于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组功能限制、生理性疼痛、生理障碍、残障评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在ROU患者的护理中应用IMB模型健康教育,有利于缩短患者康复时间,加速疼痛缓解,提高治疗依从性及疗效,改善患者生活质量,提高满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of IMB health education in patients with recurrent oral ulcer(ROU).Methods:A total of 96 patients with ROU were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 48 cases each.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was implemented IMB model health education.Clinical curative effect,recovery,treatment adherence,oral health quality of life[with Chinese oral health impact(OHIP-14)scale]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The feeding recovery time and ulcer healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).The pain score after nursing was lower than before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The dietary compliance rate,oral hygiene compliance rate and medication compliance rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition to the dimension of psychological disorders,the scores and total scores of the other six dimensions of OHIP-14 scale after nursing were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores and total scores of functional limitations,physiological pain,physiological disorders and disability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of IMB model health education in the nursing of ROU patients was beneficial to shorten the rehabilitation time of patients,promote patients to relieve pain,improve treatment compliance and efficacy,enhance the quality of life of patients,and increase satisfaction rate.
