摘　　要：大连中远海运重工有限公司(以下简称“公司”)承接的FPSO(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,浮式生产储油卸油装置)改装项目“MV29”轮的火炬塔结构在公司预制。完成后,将火炬塔水平放置在“MV29”的pancake结构上并进行海运绑扎,船舶离厂时火炬塔随船运输。为保证火炬塔运输在船舶长时间航行过程中的安全性,现设计一种支撑工装,用于放置火炬塔并对其进行封固,以保证火炬塔的结构、附件等在运输过程中不被破坏。The flare tower structure on MV29 of FPSO conversion project which carried on by COSCO(DALIAN)SHIPPING HEAVY INDUSTRY CO.,LTD.,will pre-fabricate in the company.After finishing pre-fabrication,the flare tower will lay on the pancake structure of MV29 horizontally fastening by sea and transit with the carrier when the carrier leaves.In order to ensure the safety of the torch tower transportation during the long-term towing of the ship,a supporting tooling is designed.The tool is designed for placing and sealing to ensure that the flare tower structure and accessories are not damaged during towage transportation.
