摘　　要：俄藏Инв.Νо.5448残片应属《亥年新法》卷七“□卖敕禁罪”内容,从字体和版式可判定其与乙种本31-4和31-5出自一人之手。残片补充并细化了《天盛改旧新定律令·敕禁门》“到敌界卖敕禁品”条对守更口者“未闻见失误”放走违禁者的处罚,涉及调高刑罚尺度、明确量刑标准、增加降职与降军等内容,反映了西夏晚期因边境敕禁物倒卖猖獗而修订律令严加惩处的事实。The fragment Инв.Νо.5448 collected in Russia should belong to the chapter 7 of Hainian New Law,and could be judged writing by the same person who wrote No.31-4 and 31-5 in the B Strain by the script and format.This fragment supplied and detailed the item of Chijin Part of Tiansheng Laws on punishment to watchman who releasing the offenders sailing goods to the enemy and improved the punishment including demoting post and so on.It has reflected the fact that bootlegging was rampant in the late Xixia and the government had to revise the law to punish strictly.
