养血生发胶囊治疗斑秃的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨养血生发胶囊联合山莨菪碱注射液治疗斑秃的临床效果及对患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)的影响。方法118例斑秃患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各59例,对照组给予山莨菪碱注射液局部皮下注射,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予口服养血生发胶囊4粒,2次/d,3个月后判定临床疗效,并检测治疗前后血清TNF-α、IL-1水平,记录不良反应。结果观察组有效率为88.14%,高于对照组的72.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清TNF-α、IL-1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为10.17%,低于对照组的27.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养血生发胶囊联合山莨菪碱注射液治疗斑秃效果较好,可能与TNF-α、IL-1等细胞因子调节相关。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and effects of Yangxueshengfa capsules combined with anisodamine injection on TNF-αand IL-1 in patients with alopecia areata.Methods 118 patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into observation group and control group,59 cases in each group.In addition to the therapy of Anisodamine injection in control group,the Yangxueshengfa capsule was given to the patients in the observation group.After 3-month treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated and the levels of TNF-αand IL-1 were measured.And the side-effects were recorded during the period.Results The effective rate in the observation group and the control group were 88.14%and 72.88%,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-αand IL-1 in observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And adverse reaction rates in the observation group and the control group were 10.17%and 27.12%,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxueshengfa capsules combined with anisodamine injection is effective in the treatment of alopecia areata,which may be related to the regulation of cytokines such as TNF-αand IL-1.
