摘  要:目前大多数飞机牵引车以化石燃料为动力来源,随着人们环境保护意识的增强,急需研发出一种纯电动的飞机牵引车。文章就是针对于纯电动新能源飞机牵引车设计的一套无线整车控制器。该款整车无线控制器由遥控器和车载控制器组成,其主控制芯片为STM32F407,通信方式采用有线和无线通信的冗余设计,同时具有多路数字和模拟信号输入通道,为了保证设备使用安全,遥控器增加了射频读卡功能和IMU单元,可以避免非专业工作人员操作以及在遥控器跌落到地面上时可以实现飞机牵引车操作保护功能。遥控器内置的WIFI模块或者蓝牙模块可以使得设备能够接入到用户的手机APP,从而方便操作人员对车辆的运行状况的监测和管理。At present,most aircraft tractors are powered by fossil fuels,With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection,There is an urgent need to develop a pure electric aircraft tractor.This article is a set of wireless vehicle controller designed for pure electric new energy aircraft tractor.The vehicle wireless controller consists of remote controller and on-board controller.Its main control chip is STM32F407.Redundancy Design Using Wired and Wireless Communication,Simultaneously having multiple digital and analog signal input channels.In order to ensure the safety of the equipment,the remote controller has added radio frequency card reading function and IMU unit.It can avoid the operation of non-professional staff and realize the operation and protection function of aircraft tractor when the remote controller falls to the ground.The built-in WIFI module or Bluetooth module of the remote controller can enable the device to access the user's mobile phone APP,thus facilitating the operator's monitoring and management of vehicle operation.
