摘　　要：连接板是车架横梁总成的重要组成部分,它的加工质量直接影响横梁总成的质量,间接影响到车架总成的装配质量及强度。连接板使用钢板材料属于厚板,需要控制的尺寸包括外形、孔位、还有外观。文章通过对连接板的工艺实现环节分析,总结各加工环节的不足之处,针对性采取改进措施,提前预防,减少压弯开裂问题的发生。Connecting plate is an important part of frame beam assembly.Its processing quality directly affects the quality of beam assembly and indirectly affects the assembly quality and strength of frame assembly.The connecting plate is made of steel plate,which is thick.The dimensions to be controlled include shape,hole position and appearance.In this paper,the process of connecting plate is analyzed,the shortcomings of each processing link are summarized,and improvement measures are taken to advance.Preventing in advance to reduce the occurrence of bending crack in.
