摘 要:针对客车行业订单及生产多品种、小批量的模式,国内、外客车生产的方式多为人工作业,自动化程度及精细化程度较低,往往带来生产效率低下,工人劳动强度增加,产品质量受工人情绪波动较大,从而使整个产品质量不稳定,生产周期满足不了客户的需要本文从改善现有的工作方法入手,研究出了半自动化装置,通过人工操作,用机械力代替人工力,减轻工作的劳动强度,将工人的注意力和主要精力投入到有价值、机械无法替代的工作中去。For the passenger car industry's order and production of multiple varieties and small batches,the domestic and foreign passenger car production methods are mostly manual operations,and the degree of automation and refinement is low,often resulting in low production efficiency and increased labor intensity of workers.The quality of the product is subject to the emotional fluctuations of the workers,thus making the entire product quality unstable,and the production cycle can not meet the needs of the customers.Starting from the improvement of the existing working methods,this paper has developed a semi-automated device,which uses mechanical force instead of artificial force through manual operation.Reduce the labor intensity of the work and devote the workers'attention and main energy to valuable work that can not be replaced by machinery.
