摘　　要：作为农业科研单位的主要经费来源,科研项目经费占据着极为重要的地位,将这些经费管好用好,是每个农业科研单位所面临的挑战。近些年,国家不断加大了对农业科研的投入力度,这对科研项目资金管理提出了更加严格的要求。论文分析了农业科研项目经费管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施,以供参考。As the main source of funds for agricultural scientific research units,the funds for scientific research projects occupy a very important position.It is a challenge for every agricultural scientific research unit to manage these funds well.In recent years,the state has increased its investment in agricultural scientific research,which has put forward more stringent requirements on the funds management of scientific research projects.The paper analyzes the existing problems in the funds management of agricultural scientific research projects,and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures for reference.
