摘  要:以乙丙橡胶来负载钴离子,并与含氟硅树脂一起引入到硅橡胶中,通过硅氢加成反应,在室温下制备出一种新型三元杂化膜。试验结果表明,在30℃和0.025 MPa压差条件下,三元杂化交联膜的P(O2)和α(O2/N2)分别为684 Barrer和7.49,分离性能明显优于普通的含氟硅橡胶膜,富氧性能也超越了Robeson上限。与普通的含氟硅橡胶膜相比,钴离子络合物可与含氟组分之间可产生协同作用,使得对氧的促进输送作用更为显著,从而导致其氧氮分离性能进一步提高。乙丙橡胶具有良好的韧性可改善硅树脂引入而产生的变脆。Co(Ⅱ)-S-EPDM/silicone resin/PDMS ternary hybrid membrane is developed.A novel interpenetrating polymer network cross-linked membrane were prepared by using PDMS and Co(Ⅱ)-S-EPDM through cross-linking reactions among HSiO and the vinyl groups.Compared with fluorinated PDMS hybrid membranes,cobalt ion complexes have cooperation action with fluorine-containing components,which makes the promotion of oxygen transport more significant,thus resulting in further improvement of oxygen and nitrogen separation performance.EPDM has good toughness,which can obviously improve the brittleness caused by the introduction of silicone resin.It showed that the facilitated oxygen transport behavior is more obviously than above the ionomer membranes.The separation properties of the membrane were further improved.For example,its P(O2)andα(O2/N2)at 30℃and 0.025 MPa are 684 Barrer and 7.49,respectively.Compared with fluorinated PDMS hybrid membranes,α(O2/N2)increases further.This oxygen-enriching property is also evidently beyond the Robeson Upper Bound.
