块体PdO/Co3O4-CeO2催化剂的制备与性能研究

摘  要:通过共沉淀法制备出了用于CH4气体氧化反应的块体PdO/Co3O4-CeO2催化剂,并对其主要制备参数进行了详细考察,得出的最佳制备参数如下:Ce(NO3)3的添加量为0.05 g,NH4HCO3溶液(0.1 g/mL)的添加量为5 mL,焙烧温度为300℃。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)技术对其成分、晶体结构及微观形貌进行了表征并分析了催化机理。在测试催化剂性能的过程中,发现催化剂可在250℃下促使CH4气体被快速氧化,且该催化剂展现出了优良的重复使用性。The bulk Pd/Co3O4-CeO2 catalyst was prepared by a co-precipitation method.The optimal preparation parameters were systematically investigated and then obtained as follows:Ce(NO3)3 content as 0.05 g,NH4HCO3 solution(0.1 g/mL)content as 5 mL and the calcination temperature as 300℃.The composition and morphology of the catalyst and its catalytic mechanism were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)technologies.The performances of the catalyst were tested.At 250℃,CH4 gas could be rapidly oxidized using the bulk Pd/Co3O4-CeO2 as catalyst.Meanwhile,the catalyst shown an excellent repeatability.
