摘 要:调频连续波激光雷达将调频连续波测距与激光探测技术相结合,具有测距范围大、距离分辨率高、可进行多普勒测速、有利于片上集成等优点。本文首先对调频连续波激光雷达的测量原理进行分析。随后,根据光源不同将调频连续波激光雷达分为三类,分别对其技术特点和研究现状进行阐述。最后,对目前调频连续波激光雷达的前沿应用进行了简单介绍。Combining the technologies of FMCW ranging and laser detection,frequency-modulated continuous-wave(FMCW)lidars have advantages of large measurement range,high resolution,the capability of Doppler velocimetry,and the potential for on-chip integration.In this paper,the principle of FMCW lidars is first analyzed;then the key features and recent progress of FMCW lidars categorized in three types with different laser source are described;and finally the cutting-edge applications of FMCW lidars are discussed in brief.
