摘  要:磁控管寿命的主要受限于阴极灯丝的寿命。阴极灯丝本身是磁控管内部的消耗部件,为防止这一部件过快消耗掉,需控制好灯丝的工作温度。本文建立了磁控管振荡状态下灯丝的温度测试平台,对影响灯丝温度的关键参数进行了测试分析,同时研究了不同灯丝温度下磁控管的寿命特性,很好地验证了应用于磁控管领域的直热式碳化钍钨灯丝工作特性,从而有助于解决磁控管的实际应用过程中阴极灯丝寿命问题。The lifetime of a magnetron is mainly limited by its cathode filament.The cathode filament is a consuming part.In order to prevent the filament from excessive consuming,the operating temperature of it should be well controlled.A filament temperature test platform for oscillating state magnetrons was established.Key parameters affecting filament temperature were tested and analyzed,and the lifetime characteristics of magnetrons at different filament temperatures were studied.Working characteristics of direct-heating thorium tungsten carbide filaments for magnetrons were well validated,which was helpful to solve the lifetime problem of cathode filament in magnetrons.
