摘　　要：以新一代信息技术为支持的智慧医疗为全社会资源管理价值创新创造了条件。通过从需方(患者或顾客)、供方(医疗机构)、支付方(医保机构)、机构方(政府)四方角度以及基于这四方的协同体系角度结合智慧医疗特点进行分析,提出了智慧医疗健康全社会资源管理价值创新的来源与路径。Wise Information Technology of 120(WIT120)supported by new generation of information technology creates the conditions for greater value innovation of social medical resource management.Combined with the characteristics of WIT120,and based on the four aspects,including demand-side(patients or customers),supply-side(health care providers),paymentside(medical insurance organization),and government and their linkages,the sources and paths of value innovation of social medical resource management were put forward.
