摘　　要：目的:基于CGSS2015数据,实证分析我国居民的经济水平、户籍所在地与居民社会基本医疗保险和商业健康保险参保概率的关系。方法:采用描述性统计方法对样本基本情况进行简单描述,基于Logit回归研究居民经济水平、户籍对居民社会基本医疗保险和商业健康保险的参保概率之间的关系进行分析。结果:居民经济水平与社会基本医疗保险、商业健康保险的回归系数均为正值;户籍所在地与居民社会基本医疗保险参保概率的回归系数为负值,与居民商业健康保险参保概率的回归系数为正值。结论:居民经济水平越高,居民的社会基本医疗保险和商业健康保险的参保概率越高且经济水平对城镇居民的社会基本医疗保险和商业健康保险的参保概率的影响程度显著高于农村居民的社会基本医疗保险和商业健康保险的参保概率的影响程度;户籍差异对居民社会基本医疗保险的参保概率有显著负向影响,对居民商业健康保险的参保概率有显著正向影响。Objective To empirically analyze the relationship among Chinese residents’economic level,location of household registration and the probability of social basic medical insurance and commercial health insurance based on data of CGSS2015.Methods The sample’s general information was analyzed with descriptive statistical method.And the relationship among Chinese residents’economic level,location of household registration and the probability of social basic medical insurance and commercial health insurance was analyzed with Logit regression.Results The regression coefficients of residents’economic level and social basic medical insurance and commercial health insurance were positive.The regression coefficient of residents’location of household registration and the probability of social basic medical insurance was negative,while the regression coefficient of residents’location of household registration and the probability of commercial health insurance was positive.Conclusion The probability of so-cial basic medical insurance and commercial health insurance increased with the increase of residents’economic level,which was more significantly influenced in urban residents than that in rural residents.Residents’location of household registration had significantly negative influence on the probability of social basic medical insurance,and significantly positive influence on the probability of commercial health insurance.
