摘  要:本文旨在研究饲粮纤维水平对大恒优质肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响,探讨大恒优质肉鸡对粗纤维的耐受水平。选择健康的1日龄大恒优质肉仔鸡公鸡480只,随机分成4组,每组8个重复,每个重复15只。以苜蓿草粉为纤维源,试验设计4种粗纤维(CF)水平,分别为2.5%、5%、7%、9%,配制4种饲粮。试验期75 d。结果表明:①9%CF组平均日增重、料重比分别极显著低于(P<0.01)或极显著高于(P<0.01)2.5%、5%、7%CF组。②2.5%CF组左侧胸肌率、全净膛率极显著高于5%、7%、9%CF(P<0.01);5%、7%CF组左侧胸肌率极显著高于9%CF组(P<0.01)。③9%CF组胸肌肉色Opto值、肌内脂肪含量分别极显著高于(P<0.01)或显著高于(P<0.05)2.5%、5%、7%CF组。由此可见,饲粮中CF水平控制在7%以下,对大恒优质肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性能和肉品质影响不大,说明大恒优质肉鸡对粗纤维有一定的耐受能力。In this paper, our purpose was to investigate the effects of dietary fiber level on growth performance,slaughter performance, meat quality of Daheng broilers, and to find out crude fiber level that Daheng broilers could tolerate in diet. A total of 480 healthy one-day-old Daheng male broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with8 replicates per group and 15 broilers per replicate. Alfalfa meal was used as fiber source, the experiment design of4 levels were used to formulate 4 different diets with 4 crude fiber levels(2.5%, 5%, 7% and 9%). The experiment lasted for 75 days.The results showed as follows:① The average daily gain and feed/gain in 9% CF group were extremely significantly lower(P<0.01), and extremely significantly higher(P<0.01) than those of 2.5%, 5% and 7% CF groups,respectively. ② The left breast muscle rate and eviscerated rate of 2.5% CF group were extremely significantly higher than those of 5%, 7% and 9% CF groups(P<0.01). The left breast muscle rate in 5% and 7% CF groups was extremely significantly higher than that of 9% CF group(P<0.01). ③ The meat color Opto value and intramuscular fat content of breast muscle of 9% CF group were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01), and significantly higher(P<0.05) than those of 2.5%, 5% and 7% CF groups, respectively. In summary, it had a little effect on growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality in Daheng broilers when the dietary crude fiber level was lower than 7%. Our research indicated that Daheng broilers have high tolerance to crude fiber.
