摘 要:在成年奶牛泌乳群中,根据年龄、胎次相似,泌乳期相近等条件选择隐性乳腺炎阳性牛和健康牛各18头。随机分为A、B、C、D组,每组9头。其中,A为阳性牛试验组,B为阳性牛对照组,C为健康牛试验组,D为健康牛对照组。试验期间分别A、C组饲喂发酵中药制剂50 g/(头·d),B、D两组作为对照。分别在正式试验前1 d和试验中的第15、30、52 d采集参试牛奶样进行DHI测定,记录检测结果中的体细胞数、乳蛋白率及乳脂肪率,同时记录采样当天每头牛的产奶量。与试验前相比较,A、D两组体细胞数均差异显著(P<0.05),且试验组A、C组体细胞数分别显著低于B、D组(P<0.05);A组奶牛产奶量及乳蛋白率显著高于试验前(P<0.05),且显著高于B组(P<0.05),C组第52 d的乳脂率较试验前显著提高(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,炎热夏季奶牛日粮中添加发酵中药制剂可有效提升奶牛抗热应激能力,明显降低奶牛乳体细胞数量,对减少奶牛隐性乳腺炎发病率、提高奶牛生产性能有较好的效果。In the adult cow lactation group, 18 cows with positive latent mastitis and 18 healthy cows were selected according to the conditions of similar age, parity and lactation period. The cows were randomly divided into groups A, B,C and D, with 9 heads in each group. Among them, A is the positive cow test group, B is the positive cow control group,C is the healthy cow test group, and D is the healthy cow control group. During the test, group A and group C were fed 50 g/(head·d) of fermented traditional Chinese medicine additive, and group B and group D were used as the control group. DHI determination was conducted on milk samples collected one day before the formal test and on the 15 d, 30 d and 52 d of the test respectively. The number of somatic cells, milk protein rate and milk fat rate in the test results were recorded, and the milk yield of each cow on the sampling day was also recorded. The number of somatic cells in group A and group D was significantly different from that before the test(P<0.05), and the number of somatic cells in group A and group C of the test group was significantly lower than that in control group B and group D(P<0.05). The milk yield and milk protein rate of group A were significantly higher than those before the test(P<0.05), and significantly higher than those of control group B(P<0.05). The milk fat rate of group C on 52 d was significantly higher than that before the test(P<0.05). The results showed that the addition of fermented traditional Chinese medicine additive in dairy cow diet in hot summer could effectively improve the resistance to heat stress, significantly reduce the number of milk cells, and have a good effect on reducing the incidence of hidden mastitis and improving the production performance of dairy cows.
