摘  要:研究以豆科灌木翅荚决明(Cassia alata Linn.)为研究对象,采用昆明小鼠为试验动物进行急性毒性试验和亚慢性毒性试验,以期初步评估豆科灌木翅荚决明的饲用安全性。急性毒性试验:单次灌胃小鼠,未能测出半数致死量(LD50),则进行最大耐受量试验。亚慢性毒性试验:将昆明小鼠(雌、雄各半)分为3个剂量组和1个空白组,每天灌胃1次,连续灌胃90 d。于试验第91 d考察小鼠的体重、血常规、血液生化指标和病理组织学变化。结果表明:急性毒性预试验无法测出小鼠LD50,最大耐受量为6 000 mg/kg·BW;亚慢性毒性试验中,3个剂量组小鼠的临床体征、血常规、血液生化指标与空白组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),组织病理学观察发现,高剂量组和空白组的器官无异常病变,3个剂量组小鼠的体重与空白组比较有极显著升高(P<0.01)。研究表明,翅荚决明毒性小,饲用安全性高,对试验动物体重有促进作用。The study used Kunming mice as the research object, and carried out acute toxicity test and sub-chronic toxicity test on Cassia alata Linn., in order to make a preliminary evaluation of its toxicology. Acute toxicity test: the mice were intragastrically administered at a time, and if the median lethal dose(LD50) could not be measured, the maximum tolerated dose was evaluated. Subchronic toxicity test: Kunming mice(sex in half) were divided into three groups: high, medium and low dose groups and one blank group. The rats were continuously and intragastrically administered for 90 days. After 90 days, the clinical signs, body weight, blood routine, blood biochemical parameters and histopathological changes of the mice were observed. The results showed that the acute toxicity test showed no death in the mice in each dose group, and the LD50 could not be detected.The maximum tolerated dose was 6 000 mg/kg·BW. In the subchronic toxicity test, after 90 days of testing, the body weight of the test mice increased significantly(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the blood routine and blood biochemical indexes of the mice compared with the blank group(P>0.05), histopathological observation revealed no abnormal lesions in the parenchymal organs. The results showed that the Cassia alata Linn. were less toxic and safe to use.
