摘　　要：通过分析协同治理及其在图书馆的研究现状,建立基于SFIC理论的智慧图书馆协同治理的模式框架,包括:起始条件、催化领导、制度设计和协同过程四个部分。同时,构建基于SFIC的智慧图书馆建设中协同治理综合模型,通过协同引擎与协同行为两个方面深入分析智慧图书馆建设过程中的协同过程,探讨"智慧社会"背景下智慧图书馆建设的协同治理体系,以期为智慧图书馆建设协同治理研究提供新思路。Based on the analysis of collaborative governance and its research status in libraries,this paper establishes a model framework of collaborative governance of smart libraries based on SFIC theory,which includes four parts:starting conditions,catalytic leadership,system design and collaborative process.At the same time,a synthetical model of collaborative governance in the construction of smart libraries based on SFIC is constructed.The synergetic process in the construction of smart libraries is analyzed from two aspects:synergetic engine and synergetic behavior.The synergetic governance system of smart libraries under the background of"smart society"is discussed in order to provide new ideas for the research of synergetic governance in the construction of smart Libraries.
