摘 要:基于互联网经济背景,对通过电子商务资源配置实现专业市场价值链重塑的过程进行质性研究,提出专业市场电子商务资源配置的价值链模型,揭示专业市场价值链重塑的内在机理,破解电子商务资源配置在专业市场价值链重塑中的两大难题:(1)能否通过电子商务资源的有效配置实现专业市场价值链重塑?(2)专业市场如何完成对电子商务资源的有效配置?采用质性研究方法,选取浙江中国小商品城集团股份有限公司和浙江中国轻纺城集团股份有限公司两个专业市场作为研究对象,研究结果发现:专业市场通过电子商务资源的合理配置可以实现价值链重塑目标,重塑的模型为资源整合、能力提升、价值链跃迁。以补充和完善互联网经济视阈下的流通理论,并为实践中的传统专业市场与电子商务的深度融合提供建议。Based on the background of internet economy,this study uses a qualitative study on the process of rebuilding the specialized market value chain through e-business resource allocation,and discloses the internal mechanism of the specialized market value chain rebuilding process by e-business resources allocation,solves two major problems of e-business resource allocation in the reconstruction of specialized market value chain:(1)Can we realize the reconstruction of the specialized market value chain through effective allocation of e-business resources?(2)How does the specialized market complete the efficient allocation of e-business resources?In this paper,qualitative research_method is adopted,and Zhejiang China Commodities City Group Co.,Ltd.and Zhejiang China Light@Textile Industrial City Group Co.,Ltd are selected as the research objects.The results showed that:the specialized market can realize the reconstruction of value chain by the rational allocation of e-business resources,the process model of the remodeling is:integration of resources,promotion of capabilities,and value chain transition.The research results complement and improve the circulation theory from the perspective of internet economy,and provide suggestions for the deep integration of traditional specialized market and e-commerce in practice.
