摘 要:某矿为降低开采成本,提高矿山经济效益,决定改用无底柱分段崩落法开采,且初选了12m×15m×2.0m与15m×15m×2.2m两种结构参数方案。为对比分析两结构参数方案矿石回收效果的优劣,采用低贫化放矿与截止品位放矿相结合的“组合放矿”方式对两种结构参数方案进行了放矿模拟试验,并对比研究了其矿石回收效果。研究表明,在同样的矿石回采与放矿条件下,12m×15m×2.0m结构参数方案的矿石回收效果更优,不仅其矿石回收率高出15m×15m×2.2m结构参数方案近2个百分点,废石混入率也低1.5个百分点。To reduce the mining cost and improve the economic efficiency in a mine,sublevel caving method was decided to adopted,and two schemes with structural parameters of 12 m×15 m×2.0 mand 15 m×15 m×2.2 m were selected.In order to compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the ore recovery effect of these two schemes,the ore drawing simulation test was carried out by adopting the combined ore drawing methods of low dilution ore drawing and cut-off grade ore drawing,and the ore recovery effect was compared and studied.The research showed that under the same ore mining and ore drawing conditions,the ore recovery effect of the scheme with structural parameters of 12 m×15 m×2.0 m was better.Not only was the recovery rate of ore nearly 2 percentage points higher than the structural parameter of 15 m×15 m×2.2 m,but also the mixing rate of waste rock was 1.5 percentage points lower.
