摘  要:为研究坚硬石英砂岩顶板冒落过程中摩擦引燃采空区瓦斯的作用机理,利用自主设计的岩石摩擦试验设备进行了不同速度下岩石摩擦试验,使用高清摄影机观察岩石摩擦所引起的火花现象,并对红外热成像仪实时收集的岩石摩擦所产生的红外辐射温度进行监测。根据试验结果可以得出:坚硬砂岩之间摩擦速度越快,坚硬砂岩摩擦做功越多,摩擦面所积聚能量越多,机械能转化为热能越来越快,可加快瓦斯与空气之间链式反应。当坚硬砂岩间摩擦速度V<6.24m/s,不会引起箱体内瓦斯爆炸;反之,则会引起箱体内瓦斯爆炸。In order to study the mechanism of friction and ignition of gas in the goaf during roof caving of hard quartz sandstone,the rock friction testsat different velocities were carried out by using self-designed rock friction testing equipment.The spark phenomenon caused by rock friction was observed by high-definition camera,the infrared radiation temperature generated by the rock friction was collected by the infrared thermal imager in real time for monitoring.According to the test results,it was concluded that the faster the friction velocity between hard sandstones,the more the work of friction between hard sandstones,the more energy accumulated on the friction surface,the faster the conversion of mechanical energy into thermal energy,and the faster the chain reaction between gas and air.When the friction velocity between hard sandstones was less than 6.24 m/s,the gas explosion in the box would not occur,on the contrary,the gas in the tank would explode.
