摘 要:充填料浆沿管道的输送阻力i与充填料浆自身的屈服剪切应力τ0、粘性系数η、充填料浆输送流速V及输送管道直径D有关。通过对某铅锌矿选厂全尾砂粒径、物理化学参数、沉降性能及塌落度等特性研究,选择不同浓度的选厂全尾砂进行充填料浆流动性试验。根据流动性试验结果,求得不同浓度全尾砂充填料浆流变参数,计算出全尾砂在不同浓度、不同流量及管径条件下,充填料浆管道流动阻力,从而得出可实现管道顺利输送的充填倍线。试验研究表明,决定输送阻力的两个关键因素分别为充填料浆浓度和输送管道内径,某铅锌矿选厂全尾砂充填料浆浓度为72%~74%、充填管径为150mm时,其输送性能最佳。The transport resistance of the filling slurry along the pipeline is related to the yield shear stress,viscosity coefficient,conveying velocity of the filling slurry and the conveying pipe diameter.Based on the study of particle size,physicochemical parameters,sedimentation property and collapse degree of the unclassfied tailings in a lead-zinc ore dressing plant,the fluidity test of filling slurry was carried out by selecting unclassfied tailings with different concentrations.According to the results of fluidity test,the rheological parameters of the unclassified tailing slurry with different concentrations were obtained,and the flow resistance of the filling slurry along the pipeline was calculated under the conditions of different concentrations,flow rates and pipe diameters.Thus,the filling gradient for realizing the pipeline transport of unclassified tailing slurry can be obtained.The experimental results showed that the two key factors determining the transport resistance were the density of the filling slurry and the inner diameter of the transport pipeline.The transport performance was the best when the concentration of the unclassified tailing slurry was 72%~74%and the filling pipe diameter was 150 mm.
