摘　　要：目的:探讨品行障碍(conduct disorder,CD)青少年默认网络功能连接的性别差异。方法:对51名(35男,16女)CD青少年和53名(35男,18女)正常青少年进行静息态功能磁共振成像扫描,利用独立成分分析方法分析男性CD与女性CD默认网络功能连接的性别差异。结果:性别主效应事后检验的结果显示,与女性CD相比,男性CD后默认网络的左侧楔前叶功能连接显著增强;诊断-性别交互效应事后检验的结果显示,与女性CD相比,男性CD后默认网络的右侧中央后回功能连接显著减弱。结论:男性CD与女性CD在后默认网络表现显著的功能连接的性别差异,这些差异可能与男性CD与女性CD的情绪、认知、行为的差异表现有关。Objective:To investigate sex differences within default mode network(DMN)in adolescents with conduct dis?order.Methods:Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging examinations were conducted with 51 CD patients(35 males)and 53 healthy controls(35 males).Using independent component analysis to explore sex differences within DMN in female CD and male CD.Results:Regarding the main effects of sex,relative to female CD,the male CD showed higher functional connectivity in the left precuneus of posterior DMN.Regarding the effects of diagnosis-by-sex interaction,rela?tive to female CD,the male CD showed lower functional connectivity in the right postcentral gyrus of posterior DMN.Con?clusion:There are significant sex differences within default mode network in adolescents with conduct disorder,which may be associated with different emotion,cognition and behavior in male and female CD.
