海洛因依赖短期戒断者工作记忆的可恢复性

摘　　要：目的:本研究通过n-back范式,考察海洛因依赖短期戒断者的工作记忆是否存在可恢复性。方法:选取99名男性被试,其中三个月戒断组34名,六个月戒断组33名,对照组32名,三组被试在年龄,受教育水平方面进行匹配。被试按要求依次完成0-back,1-back,2-back任务。结果:(1)在反应时上,0-back条件下,三个月戒断组的反应时要显著长于正常组;1-back条件下,六个月戒断组的反应时显著长于正常组,同时三个月戒断组的反应时更加显著长于正常组;2-back条件下,三组被试在反应时上不存在显著性差异。(2)在正确率上,0-back条件下,三组被试在正确率上不存在显著性差异;1-back和2-back条件下,三个月戒断组和六个月戒断组的正确率都显著低于正常组。结论:长期的药物滥用会使海洛因成瘾者的工作记忆受损;经过短期的戒断,海洛因戒断者的工作记忆并没有得到显著性的恢复。Objective:In this study,n-back paradigm was used to investigate whether the working memory of heroin ad?dicts with short-term withdrawal was restorable.Methods:Ninety-nine male subjects were selected,including 34 in the three-month withdrawal group,33 in the six-month withdrawal group and 32 in the control group.The three groups were matched in age and education level.Results:(1)Under 0-back condition,the reaction time of the three-month withdrawal group was significantly longer than that of the normal group;under 1-back condition,the reaction time of the six-month withdrawal group was significantly longer than that of the normal group,while the reaction time of the three-month with?drawal group was significantly longer than that of the normal group;under 2-back condition,there was no significant differ?ence among the three groups.(2)Under the condition of 0-back,there was no significant difference in the correct rate among the three groups;under the condition of 1-back and 2-back,the correct rate of the three-month withdrawal group and the six-month withdrawal group was significantly lower than that of the normal group.Conclusion:Long-term drug abuse im?pairs heroin addicts’working memory;which cannot be recovered by short-term withdrawal.
