摘  要:家蚕微粒子病是一种严重危害蚕种生产的毁灭性蚕病。了解现行家蚕原种对家蚕微孢子虫的抗性特征以及家蚕微孢子虫在家蚕原种不同龄期的感染规律是家蚕微粒子病防控的基础。选取12个现行家蚕品种原种的3龄起蚕和其中8个原种的5龄第3天幼虫,分别添食不同剂量的家蚕微孢子虫,统计分析微孢子虫对2个时期各家蚕原种的感染率、感染强度和半数感染剂量(median infective dose,ID50)变化情况,并对ID50数据进行正态性检验。结果表明,12个家蚕原种均可感染家蚕微孢子虫,其感染率和感染程度与感染剂量呈正相关;12个家蚕原种对家蚕微孢子虫均不具有显著抗性,但部分家蚕原种对家蚕微孢子虫表现出相对抗性或相对敏感性,其中苏菊、云7表现出相对抗性,871表现出相对敏感性;5龄第3天幼虫对家蚕微孢子虫的抗性强于3龄起蚕,感染率与龄期有关,感染程度和龄期无密切关系。以上结果可为家蚕微粒子病防治提供参考。Pebrine is a destructive silkworm disease which harms egg-production of silkworm seriously.It is the basis of prevention and control of pebrine to define the resistance characteristics to Nosema bombycis(Nb)and infection regularity at different instars of current parent silkworm varieties.In this study,newly exuviated larvae of 3rd instar from 12 current parent silkworm varieties and larvae of 3rd day 5th instar from 8 current parent silkworm varieties were selected to analyze their differences in infection rate,infection intensity and median infective dose(ID50)after fed with different doses of Nb.Normal distribution analysis of ID50 data was also carried out.The results indicated that larvae of 12 parent varieties could be infected,and the infection rate and infection degree were positively correlated with infection dose.Although 12 parent silkworm varieties had no significant resistance to Nb,some showed relatively high or low resistance to Nb.Suju and Yun 7 showed relative high resistance,and 871 showed relative low resistance.Moreover,larvae of 3rd day 5th instar showed higher resistance to Nb than new exuviated larvae of 3rd instar.Infection rate had relation to instars,while degree of infection had no close relation to them.The above results can provide references for the prevention and control of silkworm pebrine disease.
