摘  要:高频变压器绕组的绕制结构、不同层绕组的连接方式及绝缘层厚度等绕组布局情况会影响分布参数及对应的功率损耗。为减小高频变压器分布参数,降低功率损耗,首先分析了不同绕组布局情况对分布参数的影响,明确了绝缘层厚度是影响分布参数的主要因素。在Ansoft Maxwell软件中搭建了不同绕组结构高频变压器模型,得到了分布参数及功率损耗随绝缘层厚度变化的曲线。仿真结果证实了理论分析的正确性并最终确定绝缘层厚度值为1.1mm。最后对设计的高频变压器进行了分布参数及功率损耗测试,高频变压器效率可达99.4%。The winding structure of the high-frequency transformer,the connection mode of the windings in different layer and the thickness of the insulation layer can affect the distributed parameters and its power loss.In order to reduce the distributed parameters and power loss of high-frequency transformers,the production mechanism and influencing factors of the distributed parameters were analyzed.The results show that the thickness of the insulation layer is the main factor affecting the distribution parameters.Then the models of high-frequency transformers were built in Ansoft Maxwell software.The curves of distributed parameters and power varying with the thickness of the insulation layer were obtained.The simulation results confirm the correctness of the theoretical analysis,and the final thickness of insulation layer was 1.1 mm.Finally,the distributed parameters and power loss were tested.The efficiency of high-frequency transformer can reach 99.4%.
