摘  要:在氧化锌压敏电阻器连续负荷下的击穿瞬间,陶瓷基片会穿孔熔化,其中心温度将高达1000℃以上,而外窜火苗会将压敏常规环氧树脂包封层点燃并穿透,导致压敏电阻器烧毁.本研究在压敏电阻器外部加上阻燃等级为V0级防爆外壳,其间充满耐高温阻燃材料,可以有效阻断火苗,即使内部压敏电阻器失效,也会被密闭在外壳内.当压敏电阻器遭遇远超过其承受能力的雷击或操作过电压而发生炸裂时,填充的阻燃材料会吸收爆炸应力,防爆外壳仍然完整,不会造成外部电路的损坏.At the moment of breakdown from the continuous load zinc oxide varistor,the ceramic substrate will be perforated and melted with the center temperature will be above 100 X..However,the varistor will be burned down because that the conventional epoxy resin coating will be ignited and penetrated by the external flame.In our research,a class V0 explosion-resistant enclosures is added to the surface of the varistor with the high temperature resistant and flame retardant materials are filled,which will block the flame effectively.It will be sealed inside the shell,even if the internal varistor lose efficacy.When the varistor is subjected to the lightning strike or overvoltage beyond its bearing capacity,the flame-retardant material will absorb the explosion stress,and the explosion-resistant enclosures will remain intact and no damage to the external circuit.
