摘 要:为实现劣化绝缘子快速、智能化检测,降低输电线路的事故隐患,本文基于电场分布测量法原理设计了一种操作简便、成本低廉、适用性强的绝缘子带电检测装置.通过ANSYS有限元软件仿真计算了检测装置自身、劣化绝缘子位置和缺陷类型对绝缘子串电场分布的影响,并利用"相邻作差法"进一步处理电场畸变数据.仿真结果显示,检测装置的存在不影响对绝缘子的电场分布趋势.最后现场试验表明,该检测设备能在绝缘子串上平滑轻巧地移动,对低(零)值瓷绝缘子及复合绝缘子芯棒导通缺陷均能有效识别,能提高输电线路劣化绝缘子的检测效率.In order to realize fast and intelligent inspection of faulty insulators and reduce potential accidents on transmission lines,the insulator on-line inspection device with simple operation and low cost is designed based on the principle of electric field distribution measurement. By ANSYS FEM software,the influence of the detection device itself,the position and type of the degraded insulator on the insulator string electric field distribution has been simulated. In addition,the electric field distortion data has been further processed by using "adjacent difference method". The simulation results show that the existence of the detection device doesn’t affect the electric field distribution trend of insulator string. Finally,the on-site test shows that the testing inspection device can move smoothly and lightly on the insulator string. It can effectively identify the core bar conductive defects of low( zero) value ceramic insulators and the composite insulator,and improve the detection efficiency of the faulty insulators in transmission lines.
