摘 要:直流穿墙套管作为换流站直流场和阀厅的连接设备,在直流输电工程中处于"咽喉"位置.自1999年第1支500 kV直流穿墙套管投运以来,已有超过88支直流穿墙套管在南方电网系统中运行.套管运行过程中,电气和机械性能方面都曾出现问题.本文针对套管运行中的问题进行了分析总结,提出了直流穿墙套管在设计制造和运维方面的指导建议.As a connecting device between DC field and valve hall of converter station,the DC wall bushing is in the"throat"position in HVDC project.Since the first 500 kV DC wall bushing put into operation in 1999,more than 88 DC wall bushings have been operated in CSG system.Problems on electrical and mechanical performance of DC wall bushings have occurred on service during these years.In this paper,the operation problems of DC wall bushing are analyzed and summarized,and the suggestions on the design,manufacture and operation of DC wall bushing are put forward.
