摘　　要：[目的]分析我国健康管理师的舆情演变及发展情况,为健康管理工作提供理论依据。[方法]通过舆情监测系统、题录软件分析2013年1月—2017年12月健康管理师舆情的状况、特点及演变趋势。[结果]健康管理师的网络关注度及文献发表量均呈逐年升高趋势,网络关注度最高的地区以沿海省份为主;对健康管理师报道量最高的媒体平台为微信、微博等新媒体;主要产文机构为高校和医院,主要刊文期刊为卫生管理类及全科医学类期刊。[结论]将图书馆学中的舆情分析法运用到医学领域中,体现了学科交叉的发展趋势,结合网络舆情分析和学术舆情分析可以得出更全面的分析结果。Objective:To analyze the evolution and development of a public opinion of health managers in China,and to provide a theoretical basis for health management.Method:Public opinion monitoring system and bibliographic software were used to analyze the status,characteristics,and evolution of public opinion about health managers from January 2013 to December 2017.Results:The network attention and publication volume of health managers have increased year by year.Coastal provinces possessed the highest network concern.WeChat,Weibo,and other new media were the main media platforms with the highest coverage reporting of health managers.Universities and hospitals were the main paper published institutions.Health management and general medicine journals were the major publication periodicals.Conclusions:The application of public opinion analysis in the medical area reflected the development trend of disciplinary crossover.Combining the internet public opinion analysis with academic public opinion analysis,a more comprehensive analysis result could be put forward.
