摘 要:对于轴径向通风冷却的同步电机,在定转子间的气隙中冷却空气的流动非常复杂,因此,分析气隙中的流动与换热情况十分重要。以轴径向冷却同步电机的定转子与气隙共同组成的冷却风路创建物理模型,基于有限体积法,数值模拟研究了仅转子壁面旋转的同轴环形气隙空间中的流动及传热,逐渐增加定子风沟径向冷却出流、气隙内冷却空气的轴向流动及转子径向风沟射流三方面因素,分析其对气隙中泰勒涡流流动及传热特性影响。结果表明,气隙内轴向流动对气隙中定转子侧壁面的泰勒涡流与对流换热影响较大。结论对采用轴径向冷却的电机冷却系统的设计具有参考价值。The analysis of flow and transfer of heat in the air gap of synchronous motor associated with axial-radial ventilation system is important due to the complexity of flow of cooling air in the air gap between rotor and stator.A physical model is established according to the cooling air ducts which comprises of air gap,stator and rotor of the synchronous motor.Based on the finite volume method,only the rotation of rotor wall,flow and heat transfer in a concentric annular air gap space is simulated numerically.The gradual increase of three factors i.e.the outflow of radial cooling of stator air duct,axial flow of cooling air in the air gap,rotor air duct out flow and the influence of Taylor vortex flow and heat transfer characteristics in the air gap are analyzed.The result shows that the axial flow of inlet air strongly affects the flow and convective heat transfer of stator and rotor in the air gap and provides a reference for the design of synchronous motor associated with axial-radial ventilation system.
