摘  要:心电信号的检测是心电图分析和诊断的基础,在心电信号的分析中,快速准确地检出QRS波群是非常重要,它是计算相关参数和诊断的前提。针对传统心电检测算法实时性差、错检漏检率高的问题,研究设计出正反双向自适应差分阈值检测算法,并增加R波错检漏检补偿算法。经过美国麻省理工学院的MIT-BIH心律失常数据库验证,检测的准确率达99%以上。实验结果表明,算法简单有效、准确率高,适合实际的应用。Detection of ECG(electrocardiogram)signals is the basis of ECG analysis and diagnosis.In the analysis of ECG signals,it is very important to quickly and accurately detect QRS complexes.It is a prerequisite for calculating relevant parameters and diagnosis.Considering the poor real-time performance and high error detection rate of conventional ECG detection algorithms,this paper designs a forward and reverse bidirectional adaptive differential threshold detection algorithm,and increases the R-wave misdetection miss detection compensation algorithm.The algorithm is validated by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's MIT-BIH arrhythmia database,and the detection accuracy rate is over 99%.The experimental results show that the method is simple,effective,accurate and suitable for practical applications.
