摘 要:如何合理有效地处理核安全级廊道下的软土地基对于提高其抗震安全性具有重要的工程实用价值。以国内某核电厂的废液输送机排放廊道实际工程为背景,给出了不同地基处理方案的数值计算模型以及评价分析流程。首先,针对该廊道实际工程条件,提出素混凝土、级配砂石以及桩基三种预处理方案;进而,建立了核安全级廊道结构的动力相互作用模型来考虑抗震适宜性的影响,其中,通过引入等价性法描述近场软土及级配砂石地基的非线性特征,施加能量传递边界模拟半无限空间辐射阻尼效应,采用无厚度Goodman单元模拟廊道结构与周围地基的摩擦效应。最后,通过综合考量三种地基处理方案的抗震适宜性及经济性,给出本工程的最佳设计方案。该研究成果可为后续核电项目中的此类问题提供借鉴与参考,并对级配砂石材料在软土地基处理中的应用提供理论基础。How to deal with the soft soil foundation under the nuclear safety level corridor reasonably and effectively has important engineering practical value for improving its seismic safety.Based on the actual engineering of discharge corridor of waste liquid conveyor in a nuclear power plant in China,the numerical calculation model and evaluation and analysis flow of different foundation treatment schemes are given.Firstly,according to the actual engineering conditions of the corridor,three pretreatment schemes of vegetarian concrete,grade gravel and pile Foundation are put forward,and then the dynamic interaction model of nuclear safety level corridor structure is established to consider the influence of seismic suitability,among which,the nonlinear characteristics of near field soft soil and grade sandstone foundation are described by introducing equivalence method.The energy transfer boundary is applied to simulate the semi-infinite space radiation damping effect,and the friction effect between the corridor structure and the surrounding foundation is simulated by the non-thickness Goodman unit.Finally,by considering the seismic suitability and economy of three kinds of foundation treatment schemes,the optimum design scheme of this project is given.The research results can provide reference and reference for such problems in subsequent nuclear power projects,and provide a theoretical basis for the application of grading sandstone materials in soft soil foundation treatment.
