摘　　要：介绍了一种燃气管网地震紧急切断装置的结构原理、测试方法和示范应用情况,并对示范情况进行了详细的讨论。将中国地震局工程力学研究所研制的城市燃气管网地震安全控制器与河北凯瑞特燃气设备有限公司的CREDIT型燃气安全切断阀巧妙结合,组成燃气管网地震紧急切断装置,可在不需要任何电源支持的情况下,按预先设定的地震烈度值自动关闭阀门,防止次生灾害的发生,且这种方法可适用于多种管径的燃气管网。燃气管网地震紧急切断装置已在河北省唐山市多个小区得到应用,取得了较好的应用效果。The structural principle,test method and demonstration application of a gas pipeline network earthquake emergency cut-off device are introduced in this paper.The demonstration is discussed in detail.The seismic safety controller of the city gas pipe network was developed by the Institute of Engineering Mechanics of the China Earthquake Administration.The seismic safety controller was combined with the CREDIT gas safety shut-off valve developed by Hebei Kairuite Gas Equipment Co.,Ltd.to form a gas pipeline network earthquake emergency shut-off device.The valve of the emergency shut-off device can be automatically closed according to the preset seismic intensity value without any power supply to prevent secondary disasters.This method can be applied to gas pipe networks with various diameters pipes.The gas pipeline network earthquake emergency cut-off device has been applied in many communities in Tangshan,Hebei Province.It has achieved better application results.
