摘 要:微小井眼连续油管(简称CT)钻井井眼直径小,井眼环空中钻井液流阻较大,严重制约微小井眼CT钻井的推广应用,根据微小井眼CT钻井特点,运用非牛顿的赫-巴流体循环流阻计算模型,分别计算不同外径、不同长度的CT在不同偏心度情况下钻Φ89.0 mm井眼时的环空流阻,研究微小井眼CT钻井环空流阻随CT外径、长度、井眼偏心度、流速等参数的变化规律。结果表明:使用外径为25.4~73.0 mm的CT钻井,推荐CT环空钻井液流速为0.54~3.10 m/s。该研究可解决微小井眼CT钻井循环流阻较大的问题,推动微小井眼CT钻井技术的应用与发展。The slim-hole coiled-tubing(referred to as CT)drilling technology is characterized by small bore-hole diameter and relatively huge annular drilling fluid flow resistance,which seriously limits the popularization and application of slim-hole CT drilling.According to the slim-hole CT drilling performances,the non-Newtonian Herschel-Buckley fluid circulation resistance calculation model was used to calculate the annular flow resistance under different outer diameters,CT lengths and eccentricities when the slim-hole diameter isΦ89.0 mm.The effects of multiple factors on the bore-hole circulation resistance in the slim-hole CT drilling were researches,including CT outer diameter,CT length,bore-hole eccentricity,flow rate,etc.Result indicates that the annular drilling fluid flow rate is recommended as 0.54~3.10 m/s when the CT outer diameter is 25.4~73.0 mm during slim-hole CT drilling operation.This research could improve the relatively huge circulation flow resistance and promote the application and development of slim-hole CT drilling.
