摘 要:针对欠平衡连续油管钻井中螺旋管段气液两相流摩阻难以计算的问题,采用数值模拟方法,研究了气液两相流在连续油管螺旋管段中的流动,揭示了两相流在螺旋管段的流动特性。对影响摩阻压降的相关因素进行了分析,计算了不同的充气量、采用不同密度和黏度的钻井液以及不同曲率时螺旋管段的摩阻压降。结果表明:充气量越大,螺旋管段摩阻压降越大;钻井液的密度和黏度越大,螺旋管段摩阻压降越大;螺旋管段的曲率比越大,螺旋管段摩阻压降越大。该研究对于指导欠平衡连续油管钻井作业时选择充气量、钻井液和滚筒,计算水力参数和泵压具有重要的参考意义。Numerical simulation was used to calculate the pressure drop of gas-liquid two-phase flow friction in the spiral pipe section of underbalanced coiled tubing drilling.The gas-liquid two-phase fluid flow was characterized to reveal the two-phase fluid flow performance in the spiral section of coiled tubing.The relevant factors to friction pressure drop were analyzed to calculate the friction pressure drops under different gas charging rates,drilling fluid densities,drilling fluid viscosity and spiral section curvatures.Result indicates that the friction pressure drop increases with the increase of gas charging rate,drilling fluid density,drilling fluid viscosity and spiral section curvature.This research could provide certain guidance for the optimizations of gas charging rate,drilling fluid and drum and the calculation of hydraulic parameters and pump pressure in the underbalanced coiled tubing drilling.
