快速康复外科在结直肠癌患者围手术期护理应用的效果研究

摘　　要：目的评价结肠癌围手术期加速康复外科护理的应用效果。方法选取中山大学附属第一医院胃肠外科中心2018年6月至2018年12月收治的100例结直肠癌手术患者,随机数字分组法分为干预组(n=50)、对照组(n=50),分别采取常规护理、加速康复外科护理;对比两组术后康复情况,满意度及术后并发症的发生率。结果两组术后恢复指标,满意度和术后并发症的发生率均有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论对结直肠癌患者采取加速康复外科护理,康复速度加快,应用效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the application effect of fast track surgery(FTS)nursing in perioperative period of colorectal cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgery from June 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group received fast track surgery nursing.Comparisons were made on postoperative rehabilitation,nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications rate between the two groups.Results The rehabilitation index,satisfaction rate and postoperative complications rate different of the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Patients with colorectal cancer received FTS nursing,the recovery speed is accelerated and the application effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
