摘　　要：绍派伤寒系发源于浙江绍兴地区有关外感病证治的一个学术流派,一般认为张景岳是绍派伤寒的开山鼻祖,《景岳全书·伤寒典》是张景岳系统论述外感病的专篇,其在温热病的中医理论、诊断、辨证与治疗等方面都有所创新,绍派伤寒在寒温统一、舌诊、八纲辨证等方面都继承了张景岳的学术思想,并逐渐形成了具有地域特色的外感热病学术流派,对于诊治江浙一带的外感病具有很高的指导价值。Shao School of exogenous cold disease is an academic school for exogenous disease treatment originating from the Shaoxing area of Zhejiang province.It is generally believed that ZHANG Jing-yue is the earliest founder.Shanghandian of Jingyue Complete Works was ZHANG Jing-yue’s systematical discussion on exogenous disease.It has innovations in traditional Chinese medicine theory,diagnosis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of warm-heat disease.Shao School of exogenous cold disease inherited ZHANG Jing-yue’s academic thoughts in the aspects of cold and warm uniformity,tongue inspection,syndrome differentiation of eight principles,and gradually formed an academic school of exogenous febrile disease with unique geographical features,which has a high guide for the diagnosis and treatment of exogenous disease in areas of Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
