五脏病患者出生期运气相合特点的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究五脏系统疾病患者出生年的运气相合属性特点及其分布差异。方法:收集北京中医药大学东直门医院1997年至2007年间的住院病案,按照五脏系统划分疾病,推求五脏病患者出生日期的运气相合特点,共分4组(天符组、岁会组、不和组、平气组),统计各组的五脏病患者分布并用卡方检验分析其组间差异。结果:肺系统疾病患者的出生日期多分布在天符年(包括天符、同天符、太乙天符),肝、心、脾、肾四脏系统疾病患者的出生日期皆多分布在不和年(包括小逆、天刑、不和),且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:出生在运气不平和年份者比出生在运气平和年份者,后天更容易罹患五脏系统疾病,这与运气理论中的描述具有一定的吻合性。Objective: To study the correlation between the incidence of five zang-organs diseases and the characteristics of Yunqi combination in the date of birth. Methods: The descriptive analysis and Chi-square test were adopted to analyze the relationship between inpatients cases(collected from Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine during 1997 to 2007) of five zang-organs diseases and their Yunqi combination feature in the date of birth. Results: The birth dates of patients with lung zangorgans diseases were distributed mostly in the years of Tianfu(i.e. Tianfu, Tongtianfu, Taiyitianfu). In comparison, the birth dates of other four zang-organs(liver, heart, spleen, and kidney) diseases were mainly distributed in the years of Buhe(i.e. Xiaoni, Tianxing,Buhe). Conclusion: People born in the year of abnormal circuit qi are more prone to suffer five zang-organs diseases than those born in the year of normal circuit qi, which is consistent with the description of Yunqi combination theory.
