慢性肾功能衰竭患者虚兼湿浊证的面部色诊研究

摘　　要：目的:观察和研究慢性肾功能衰竭患者虚兼湿浊证的面部色诊特点。方法:采集205例慢性肾功能衰竭患者的面诊信息,分析并比较慢性肾功能衰竭患者虚兼湿浊证与其余各组面部色诊客观化参数的差异。结果:慢性肾功能衰竭患者虚兼湿浊证的面色以黄色和正常多见。慢性肾功能衰竭患者虚兼湿浊证与正常组比较,面色指数、白色比例(面部W)、黄色比例(面部Y)明显降低(P<0.05),红色比例(面部R)、黑色比例(面部B)明显升高(P<0.05)。与纯虚证组和虚兼其他证组(湿热、瘀血)比较,面部R明显升高(P<0.05);与纯虚证组比较,面部B明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:中医面诊检测仪可以客观地描述慢性肾功能衰竭患者虚兼湿浊证的面诊特征,面部色诊客观化参数可作为慢性肾功能衰竭虚兼湿浊证中医诊断和健康管理的参考依据之一。Objective:To describe the face diagnose information of chronic renal failure(CRF)patients with deficiency and damp-turbidity syndrome,to analyze and compare the differences among the patients with deficiency and damp-turbidity syndrome group and other groups.Methods:Using TCM facial color test machine to gather the characteristic information of 205 CRF patients.Results:The facial colors of the CRF patients with deficiency and damp-turbidity syndrome were mainly yellow and normal.Facial color index,white proportion,and yellow proportion were decreased obviously while red proportion and black proportion were increased obviously compared with the normal group(P<0.05).The red proportion was increased obviously compared with the no accompanying symptoms group and other accompanying symptoms group including damp-heat syndrome and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05).The black proportion was increased obviously compared with the no accompanying symptoms group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM facial color test machine can objectively describe the facial characteristics of the CRF patients with deficiency and damp-turbidity syndrome,we can take the face color to diagnose parameters as the objective basis of clinical differentiation and health management of deficiency and damp-turbidity syndrome.
